WEBSITE FOR DIVERSE AUDIENCES
Building reach and engagement in community services

Access Community Services Limited (“Access”) is a community based, not-for-profit organisation and one of Australia’s leaders in multicultural issues. They provide a diverse range of services for migrants, refugees and Australian born clients including settlement, employment, training, youth support housing and social enterprise opportunities.
Access wanted a new website that would:
WebEdge was charged with the task of developing a design that properly reflected the Access brand, promoted its extensive capabilities and aligned with preferences of stakeholders, especially corporate sponsors and funding bodies.
The project involved integrating several individual service and programme websites and numerous active social media platforms.
The result is a national industry benchmark website that presents Access in a modern and professional manner, while communicating the services and brand advantages clearly and attractively.
WebEdge successfully combined the dual functions of providing a quality information hub for all those involved at the service level, while at the same time, impressively showcasing ACSL’s major activities to those who contribute to funding and the policy process.
The new website is a foundation for increased promotions and communication activities. The leap in volunteers since launch is an early sign of a stronger online influence.
“Access has been working with WebEdge for around 2 years now to help build and manage the Access website and other sub-sites. The team at WebEdge have been amazing to work with both during the build and for ongoing support. Despite being interstate, they're always available to for support and willing to give the time to teach staff new things when managing the site. They have great knowledge of NationBuilder, which allows for easy, quick A+ support.”
