Leaver & Son are Australia’s most trusted and experienced piano and furniture specialists. They provide customers around the country with restoration services, in-home piano tuning, repairs, sales, logistics and more.
Leaver & Son approached WebEdge seeking assistance with transitioning to a new brand that would supersede and replace three existing brands. They required a brand presence that better represented the quality of their services and products as well as their leading position in the market.
Supporting this rebrand, Leaver & Son required a fresh new logo and website to provide a strong anchor-point for all areas of their marketing mix.
First we identified the values of both Leaver & Son's target customers as well as those of the business. We then created a new and memorable logo that incoporated the brand values and personality.
Returning to the basics, WebEdge began work on the new website with the development a new ‘information architecture’ (structure) that would cohesively bring together the strengths of the three existing websites.
We worked with a fantastic photographer to produce stunning imagery that captured the essence of the brand and became a cornerstone of the website design.
The result is a visually stunning website that draws visitors in with a sense of being able to get close to the quality and beauty of the client’s work. It’s also cohesive, logical and intuitive for the end user.
The new Leaver & Son logo and website has been well received in the market with the client’s social media following praising the rebrand.
The new website aligns the business with their target customers and provides a solid foundation for amplifying new marketing activity. The Project will assist Leaver & Son’s expansion into other geographic markets.
