The Brief

Vets4Pets is the largest veterinary group in Adelaide’s northern suburbs, offering 24/7 veterinary emergency services and animal care from multiple surgery locations.

Business growth demanded an update of the client’s brand. We were invited to the project because of our branding and digital strategy skills.

The Work

Our research into the client’s market and key success factors revealed that genuine enthusiasm, professionalism and commitment were major business drivers, yet these were not reflected in the branding or broader marketing communications.

WebEdge set to work producing a brand positioning strategy, new logo, comprehensive two-phase website, staff uniforms, new signage, full-colour info-brochures and more.

The Outcome

A fresh, professional and unified identity was applied across the client’s retail outlets to highlight the business’ value proposition: professional facilities, modern equipment, as well as highly trained, dedicated and caring staff.

The campaign was warmly embraced by the client’s community, elevated Vets4Pets’ public image and bolstered staff morale.
